Global Travel Network To Expand Wal-Mart Relationship Throughout U.S.

Englewood Cliffs, NJ - - January 28, 2000—ETRAVNET.COM, Inc. (OTC BB: ETVT.OB), a leading franchiser of on-line and “brick and mortar” travel agencies, today announced that it has expanded its relationship with Wal-Mart, opening four new Travel Network Vacation Central franchise stores within Wal-Mart Supercenters in Irving, Texas, Athens, Georgia, Columbus, Ohio and Bullhead City, Arizona.

The Company said the openings represent the first time ETRAVNET.COM has opened four new stores in a single day. Since its inception in 1982, the Company, through its Global Travel Network franchises, has grown to more than 350 locations throughout the United States, including 50 franchised travel agencies within Wal-Mart Supercenters.

Commenting on the new store openings, Michael Y. Brent, Chief Executive Officer of ETRAVNET.COM, said, “Our relationship with Wal-Mart is strong and growing.
